Can I use restaurant or Haar at Home vouchers to purchase Waagyu Burger boxes?

Haar Restaurant, Haar at Home and Waagyu Burger are separate companies therefore vouchers are non-transferable.


Why can’t you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver nationwide with our delivery partner (excluding some rural postcodes - click here to view more info).

Am I able to order any of the food experiences as a single portion? 
Our food experiences are only available as per the product descriptions. 

Can I swap or remove any of the dishes or remove alcohol from a box?
Sorry, we're unable to edit the contents of each box. 

I have made an order out with your postcode area, what do I do?
Our delivery areas are clearly defined. We will give you the option to collect your order otherwise you will be liable for an additional admin fee to cancel your order.  In some circumstances, we may be able to arrange an alternative courier for a supplemental charge.

Do you offer collection?
Please contact our team before placing your order to arrange collection from our Perth office.  Email: whatsyourbeef@waagyu.com. 

What time will I receive my delivery on the day?
Between 8am and 8pm on your selected date.

Can I have a delivery at a certain time?

Where possible our national deliveries are sent on a next day before 12pm service. With your order you will be sent tracking information about when you should expect your delivery by the delivery company, this will be on the morning of your delivery. 


I would like to cancel my order for this weekend?
Orders can only be cancelled / amended within 24 hours of placing an order - orders cannot be cancelled or amended once your order has been given to our courier.

Can I place an order without a 'meal box'?

How long will the delivery last if it’s refrigerated?
We recommend enjoying our boxes on the day of delivery. Each order has a use by date stamped on the card inside your box, so please ensure you follow these dates.

Can I freeze any of the food?
We wouldn’t recommend freezing any of the food, as the quality will be affected.

I have dietary requirements – how do I make you aware of these?
We have a full list of ingredients and allergens available to view HERE. Unfortunately we cannot amend our recipes, ingredients or menus. If you have any further questions please contact us at whatsyourbeef@waagyu.com


How much cooking / preparation work is required?
This varies from dish to dish. All components are packed separately and are prepared as much as possible beforehand. All dishes come with Dean’s cooking instructions HERE.

I have a problem with my order, can you help?
If you have any problems when placing an order, after placing an order or once you have received your food please get in touch with our team so we can help with a quick resolution.

Do you accommodate food allergies? 
We are not able to accommodate individual food allergies, however we have outlined all ingredients and allergens HERE.

Do you sell gift cards? 
Yes we do, just head to our gift card page 

Is your packaging recyclable?
All components of our packaging are reusable or recyclable and can be taken to your local recycling plant.
