DELIVERIES

Why can’t you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver nationwide to mainland UK with our delivery partner (excluding some Scottish postcodes - click here to view more info).


Do you offer collection?

Please contact our team before placing your order to arrange collection from our Perth office.  Email: whatsyourbeef@waagyu.com. 


What time will I receive my delivery on the day?

Between 7am and 9pm on your selected date.  Our courier will contact you with a tracking link that narrows down your timeframe.


Can I have a delivery at a certain time?

We cannot request or guarantee timeslots with our courier.  If you may be unavailable when a driver arrives, please use the courier's tracking link to add delivery instructions for a safe space/neighbour.

 

BOX CONTENTS

Am I able to order any of the kits as a single portion? 

Our kits are only available as per the product descriptions. 

 

Can I swap or remove any of the dishes or remove alcohol from a box?

Sorry, we're unable to edit the contents of each box. 

 

Can I freeze any of the food?

We do not recommend freezing any of your ingredients at home as the quality and safety may be impaired.

 

How long will my ingredients last?

Please refrigerate your ingredients once the courier delivers to you: an expiration date will be stamped on the card inside your box.  Expiration dates are usually two days after your delivery date.

 

I have dietary requirements – how do I make you aware of these?

We have a full list of ingredients and allergens available to view HERE. Unfortunately we cannot amend our recipes, ingredients or menus. If you have any further questions please contact us at whatsyourbeef@waagyu.com.

 

How much cooking / preparation is required?

This will vary depending on what you have ordered.  Instructions sheets are available HERE and give estimated prep & cook times.

 

PLACING/CANCELLING AN ORDER

Can I use restaurant or Haar at Home vouchers to purchase Waagyu Burger boxes?

Haar Restaurant, Haar at Home and Waagyu Burger are separate companies therefore vouchers are non-transferable.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our team: whatsyourbeef@waagyu.com.  Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24hrs after making your purchase (unless it has already been despatched to our courier). 


Can I place an order for only sides/drinks?

Please contact whatsyourbeef@waagyu.com ahead of placing your order for more information.

 

I have a problem with my order, can you help?

If you have any problems when placing an order, after placing an order or once you have received your food please get in touch with our team so we can help with a quick resolution.

 

OTHER

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do, just head to our gift card page


Is your packaging recyclable?

All components of our packaging are reusable or recyclable and can be taken to your local recycling plant.
